Boating Basics book coverTo get your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), you need to write a test approved by Transport Canada. This handbook helps you and your family prepare for that test. Maritime Radio with DSC: This is an accredited course to obtain the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime) with DCS. You must have this ROC (M) licence to operate a maritime radio. It's the law! To avoid a fine, be prepared.
